Localization Readiness Scorecard

Welcome to the LocNavigator Scorecard page!

This page will help you assess the maturity of your department's or your organization's localization program. Select the tiles below that apply to your situation. For instance, if you use a CAT tool and have translation memories and glossaries, select those three tiles. The tile color will change from navy blue to orange.

I assigned a numerical value (weighting) to each tile. This is based on my personal experience over the years and is not scientific (yet). Please take them with a grain of salt.

Once you have selected everything, click the Submit Your Selections button at the bottom of the page. A Maturity Scale will display to help you understand where your program currently sits on the scale. Your readiness score and assessment will appear below with suggestions for ways to move forward.
